Musician and Veteran Soldier Colloborate

On September 8, 2011 most of San Diego remembers the adventure they had as it was the night of the great So-Cal Blackout. Neighbors came outside and gathered together as a community. This is exactly what happened for two musicians and their surrounding community, a jam session broke out on a front patio in Ocean Beach consisting of a Rhodes key board, the brilliant sounds of a trumpet, and the sweet smell of marijuana. Not just any marijuana, one of the most potent and effective strains known throughout the world and grown in San Diego, Tokyo OG. This was the first of many gatherings. The two started to record together soon afterward and even went on a west coast tour together. Christofer K. Welter aka C-Money and Trans-Conduit have recently released a song that has been in the making for quite some time. The song properly titled, Tokyo OG, inspired by that powerful ocean grown strain local to their neighborhood in Ocean Beach that originally brought the two neighbors closer together, a recent honorably discharged veteran and long-time professional musician. Their passion for music and their mutual respect for how medical marijuana can not only transform pain, but provide mental clarity gave these two the inspiration this song was created from.

Chris was the first to offer medical support after I served for nearly a decade, and for that I’m forever grateful”, said Mankins. Tokyo OG is well known for managing anxiety, and is also a great strain for pain relief. It’s distinctive smell and high THC and CBN content make this strain well known.
